The paid childcare team serves families by caring for kids so that others can connect in small groups and special events.

Position responsibilities include caring for kids and connecting with parents so that a safe, welcoming environment is fostered.  Flexibility for scheduling is required as groups meet throughout the week at various times with most meeting in the evening on Wednesday.

We are looking for two ministry interns who are eager to grow in their relationship with Jesus and ready to make a real difference in the lives of others. This internship is designed to provide ministry coaching and personal discipleship, helping you develop both spiritually and practically.

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience by serving with our All-Star Kids ministry and The Crew. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged, challenged, and equipped to use your gifts to serve God and others.  See Internship Plan.

The Elementary Sunday Director leads and supports Sunday morning small groups for K–5th grade by building strong teams of leaders, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, and partnering with families. This role involves scheduling, recruiting, and caring for leaders and kids while actively contributing to the church staff team and fostering spiritual growth in children.  See the position description.

Lead Student Impact to worship God with all of their lives by leading worship in services and special events as scheduled.  Work directly with the Worship and Student Pastors by executing all aspects of the run-through/rehearsals and team communication.  See the position description.

The Parkway Victoria Director of Missions engages the church in local and global missions projects. The Director builds teams that serve through local community partners and organizes local, regional, and global mission trips.
