Thanks so much for serving on the Wednesday night Impact Kids team. On Wednesday nights, we lead kids to identify and take their next steps with Jesus.
As a small group leader, you play a vital role in our vision to build relationships that build disciples. Through group activities, worship songs, teaching Bible Stories, and building relationships, kids are welcomed and encouraged to connect, have fun, and grow.
Every time you lead, you will:
Create Safe, Welcoming Environments that meet the physical needs of kids so they know they can trust us and get their first look at God’s love for them.
Connect with Kids and Families. because relationships drive everything that we do. We hope that leaders connect personally with every kid in their group by learning their name and including them in all group activities.
Coordinate Fun Activities. Fun is one of the ways that we meet kids at their level. We do this by playing a game together or engaging in a fun, hands-on application activity, and enjoying time together.
Cultivating Growth as a Disciple. By learning from the Bible, kids begin to grasp that the Bible is God’s true Word. The Bible shows who God is and how He wants us to live with Him. We apply the Bible through discussion and activities.
