To help you succeed as a leader, we make it as easy as possible. Everything you need to lead a group will be ready for you when you lead. All activities, games, and videos will be ready for your use. We even create leader guides that you can use to prepare for the group. You can also use those guides throughout the group, so you always know what’s coming next and what you can say to best lead the kids.

A typical Wednesday at Impact Kids includes five sections:
- Leaders Arrive: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before serving. This will give you time to review the group resources and welcome each family as they arrive.
- Family Dinner: Each night at Impact Kids, we provide and share a meal so that we have time to connect with each other. This Family Dinner time is a great chance to check in with your kids to see how they are doing.
- Small Group: Each week, your group will also have a focused small group time together where they learn from a Bible story video, discussion, and application questions.
- Outside Play Time: Groups spend time playing outside to engage their interests and to have fun together. Leaders can engage in the fun or hang out near their group to make sure things are fun and safe for everyone.
- Home: At the end of group, families will pick up the kids. As they do, thank them for bringing their child to the group and celebrate the things you noticed about their child today. After kids are picked up, take a quick minute to return everything to the supplies box, wipe down the surfaces, and empty the trash can.
